Could not fault any aspect of the treatment itself, and it was a very speedy response once the histology was received. Relaxed atmosphere whilst the procedure was carried out and the staff are lovely. The only negative aspect - my husband not being allowed to accompany me into the clinic and wait with me, until I was called into the treatment room. For personal reasons, this would have been appreciated by both of us and the reason I didn't give you 5 stars.

Got an initial response quickly when they then had to ask for my weight to confirm my prescription. They provided no email to send this to however. I proceeded to email various addresses (including via the method on their website) and received zero response despite automated replies saying that they had received my message. I have now had to pursuer this through the small claims court. Would personally avoid like the plague.

Had a really poor experience from start to finish with Dr Ashworth. My initial consultation felt rushed and he said he couldn’t start moving forward with treatments until 6 weeks after my consultation due to his holidays. Isn’t the whole point of private healthcare to ensure a speedier service? I never am one to write reviews on someone’s pages, but his response has left me no choice. I emailed his secretary with details on my experience to try and give him the opportunity to resolve my poor consultation but I was given one of the rudest, most arrogant responses I have probably ever read. To be told that my ‘comments don’t make sense’ when I’ve done nothing but try and explain how rushed I felt and that he didn’t care for my situation was extremely rude. He also said that because I stated I was in the room for 8 minutes and I was in there for 12 minutes, I should account for a 62.5% error and pay for 62.5% of the appointment instead! I’ve never experienced such a poor, arrogant customer service response in my entire life. No way to treat customers who are self funding your £240 12 minute consultations. Would definitely steer clear!!
