We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Ella. My child was quite nervous about the visit, but the dentist showed incredible patience, kindness, and understanding throughout the entire appointment. I’ve had treatments with both Dr. Ela and Dr. Jahangir at Copper Beech Clinic, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The clinic is spotless, calm, and full of positive energy. Everyone — from the reception to the assistants — is so friendly and welcoming. Both Dr. Ela and Dr. Jahangir are incredibly professional, gentle, and caring. They always explain everything clearly before starting, which makes me feel completely relaxed. I never feel any pain or anxiety during my visits, and the results are always perfect. I truly recommend Copper Beech Clinic to anyone who wants excellent dental care and a calm, friendly atmosphere!

Greeted by a very friendly receptionist. There was a very short wait in the bright and airy waiting room which was full of informative leaflets. The friendly and reassuring dentist arrived and personally collected me from the waiting room. He was professional and took his time explaining what treatment would help me with a problem I was having. At no time did I feel forced into proceeding with his recommended course of treatment.
