I recently visited Coastal Private GP & Aesthetics to have a small skin lesion removed from my knee, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The booking process was smooth—no long waits—and the cost was very reasonable compared to another quote I'd received. Dr. Emily was incredibly kind, professional, and helped me feel completely at ease during the procedure. I felt well looked after, and the entire experience was reassuring from start to finish. I joined Coastal Practice in April 2025, following a recommendation from a friend, after experiencing a number of issues getting appointments at my local NHS GP practice, specifically in relation to suffering a myriad of symptoms due to hitting Peri menopause 2-3 years before. From the start I felt listened to and was able to talk to well educated and friendly Doctors about my symptoms, what I had already tried to do, how it was impacting my life and where I think I needed their help. The entire team from reception staff to the doctors are professional and the environment clean and relaxing, which helps when you have a bit of a phobia about doctors and suffer with health anxiety too!! I can not recommend their services enough and think they are worth every penny!
