Hospitable and expeditious in all the right ways. Nothing bad to say: no complaints or even advise in how they mightve improved my visit; hence the 5-star rating. Angelica, the receptionist, greeted me upon arrival, nice as can be. I waited only because I arrived early. Dr. Sadr answered my question and others I'd not known to ask. Kay, his assistant, helped measure the growth, calculated and explained the cost with a practiced and professional ease, and on we went. The procedure itself, a removal of a growth on my scalp, went without a hitch, all of it painless (which the doctor ensured with polite prompts). When all was said and done, I walked out of there utterly content with their service.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a very clean well appointed reception area and lovely friendly receptionist, Jess who immediately makes you feel at ease. Dr Georgios ran through a very thorough consultation talking through all options for a raised mole removal on my forehead, which ensured that I had all the information to hand and could make a well informed decision. I started feeling a bit uneasy during the procedure and Dr Georgios and Kay, his assistant immediately made me feel more comfortable and happy, which was very much appreciated. I have left very very happy and well informed with thorough aftercare instructions for the next month or two. Thank you once again to the team!

The team were excellent, I was 25 minutes late for my appointment after my train was delayed 90 minutes. The staff were very sympathetic and I was still seen. I had birthmark excision directly after my consultation, I felt nothing and watched the whole process. My surgeon Dr Georgios, Assistant Kay and the Receptionist Jessica are a credit to City Dermatology. Thank you so much!
