Met with Dr Alexandroff to discuss a case of alopecia areata. He suggested a course of steriod injections which over 6 weeks stopped the loss and caused a good amount of regrowth. Thankful for his expertise and for his prompt action/time. Hopefully now it’s just a matter of time for my hair to recover.

I developed alopecia areata & telogen effluvium after acquiring a skin infection on my neck & chin. The hair loss proceeded very rapidly from a full head of hair to the extensive patches of baldness that can be seen in the “before” photo below within the space of three months. Dr Alexandroff correctly diagnosed the condition & prescribed corticosteroid injections into the scalp along with topical dermovate to help restart hair growth. After three monthly appointments for injections my hair had almost entirely regrown, and by four months was back to its former thickness as can be seen in the “after” photo. He was knowledgeable, professional & his treatment was highly effective. He also gave the impression of taking hair complaints seriously. As such I would recommend him strongly for anybody with similar conditions.

I am absolutely delighted with the service and outcome of my recent treatment. After 6 years without either a diagnosis or treatment of an extremely persistent skin condition it has healed! On my first visit I was given a diagnosis and treatment plan. On my second visit (4weeks later) I was discharged. Completely healed. This has had such a positive effect all round. Holiday booked👍. I cannot recommend Dr Alexandroff highly enough. 10* would be an appropriate rating. Don't hesitate. Really is a life changer.
