Today, I and my children had our dental appointment at Bridge Street Dental, Aberdeen, and we were all attended to by Dr. Steven. Absolute shambles of a dentist it all started away back in march my dentist had to pull 6 teeth and fit dentures for my wedding in october which they assured me they would be done well before this its now October and still not fitted . Had my moulds taken 4 times which they lost each time . Make an hour appointment only to be seen 30-40mins into my apointed time slot every time so hour appointment I get seen 20 mins if lucky . Made multiple enquiries to see if they are there ready etc . Nothing just get told I will look into it and get back to you which then weeks pass with no info. After talking to another dentist they have verified that this was a 4-6 week procedure at most .

I had a great experience during my last appointment with Dr. Aya. She was absolutely amazing she took the time to explain every detail to me clearly and patiently, which really made me feel comfortable and informed about my treatment. I'm very happy to continue my treatment with her and would highly recommend her to everyone looking for a caring and professional doctor.
