Body Foot and Leg Clinic is an established specialist clinic based in Glasgow's West End, operating since 2009. The clinic provides comprehensive biomechanical services including gait analysis, custom foot orthotics manufactured in-house, physiotherapy (with virtual appointments available), remedial massage therapy, podiatry, and medical diagnostic ultrasound assessments[1][2]. Their team of experienced clinicians diagnoses and treats conditions affecting the feet, ankles, knees, hips, back, and upper body, working with patients ranging from professional athletes to children and the elderly[1]. The clinic utilises advanced 3D gait analysis software to assess loading patterns, balance, and postural alignment during walking, running, and sports activities[1]. Their approach combines high-specification equipment with experienced clinical problem-solving to identify the root causes of injury and pain, rather than relying solely on data analysis[1]. All clinicians maintain active involvement with UK professional athletes across Scottish Football, Scottish Rugby, and Commonwealth Games[1]. Located on Great Western Road near St George's Cross in Glasgow's West End, the clinic attracts patients from across Scotland, London, and Ireland seeking specialist biomechanical care[1][2].

I've been attending the clinic for both foot mobilisation and physiotherapy over the last couple of years. I had been having issues with my feet after years of playing sports and it was starting to impact my day to day life. Mhairi carried out a full assessment and recommended custom orthotic insoles which helped make a difference almost overnight. I have continued to visit Mhairi for foot mobilisation sessions which have made a huge difference. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly, I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone thinking of using the clinic. I have also been using Allan for physiotherapy sessions over the last three months to aid recovery from an Achilles tendon rupture. Like Mhairi, he is an excellent professional and has tailored a programme to suit my recovery and my aims for returning to sport. Five months on from my injury, I am already back playing golf and hope to return to running etc within the next month. He walks through every exercise and explains exactly what muscles they work and what the benefits are, something that is invaluable and has really helped me regain confidence after suffering a traumatic injury. Overall, from the front desk to the rest of the team, it is one of the friendliest clinics I've attended. They go above and beyond to ensure that your experience is a positive one and they have made a big difference in helping my recovery.

Have returned to the clinic a few times over the years with niggly injuries. Mhari sorted me out with orthotic insoles which have been great and the physio's have been really helpful providing rehab programmes to get me back running. Everyone is really knowledgeable and friendly.

I arrived in severe pain, barely able to walk let alone run. After a few sessions with Mhairi working her magic on my feet and some custom insoles, I am now back on my half marathon training plan. Could not recommend them enough - will be my first port of call after my next inevitable foot injury.
