Joanna was absolutely brilliant. We started off with a consultation because I wasn’t sure what treatment would be best for me. She was incredibly helpful and really made me feel heard. The treatment itself was wonderful, and I love that she explained all the products she was using and why she picked them. It’s very clear she really considered what my skin would need before going ahead with anything, and she changed what she was planning on doing depending on how my skin reacted to different products. I cannot recommend her enough, and I am eager to go again!
