Would 100% recommend! Penny was so friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work and wants to give you the best possible results. I’ve been to other places that rush through the process but she was very meticulous with her work. She was super helpful after the appointment too in answering any questions I had with aftercare. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect!! Easy to message and talk to, super friendly, explains everything, I had next to no lips atall, Penny listened to what I wanted but also gave her own professional opinion too so we were both happy, and I am very happy! I had no bruising atall, only one small red dot the whole recovery time. Because of Pennys career background she’s extremely thorough, cares and does a great job! I will definitely be back. Thank you sooo much!

Penny was amazing from start to finish! My initial consultation with Penny put me at ease straight away, she answered all my questions, was so professional and knowledgable, and also so warm and lovely. She took her time to discuss different treatment options with me to ensure I got the best results possible, and never once put any pressure on me to commit to having the treatments done with her. During my treatments Penny did everything to make me as comfortable as possible and was extremely professional and wonderful the entire time. I will 100% be going back to Penny for any other treatments in future!
