Vivienne is amazing! She's incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to educate you about your options. She made me feel completely comfortable. I was feeling unhappy with my skin, and after discussing it with her, we decided to try HIFU. I’m so happy with the results—my skin looks and feels so much better. Highly recommend!

I believe what truly sets Vivianne apart is the genuine care she shows for her clients. It’s not just about her skill in enhancing outer beauty though she is clearly talented but also about the warmth and honesty she brings into every interaction. She has a nurturing, motherly quality that immediately puts you at ease. She offers thoughtful advice, clearly explaining what treatments are suitable and where the limits should be, always with your best interest at heart. It’s obvious that her motivation isn’t money, but love and sincerity. Just speaking with her already boosted my confidence, and the treatment itself went smoothly and beautifully. If you have ever considered having any sort of cosmetic procedure or want informed skincare advice… Viviene has to be your go to clinician! She offers a really relaxed atmosphere where you can explore all the different options available for turning back the years and achieving glowing skin again! Viviene spends a lot of time listening to what troubles you most then carefully devices a bespoke package to help you achieve your desired results according to your budget. There is never any ‘hard sell’ or rush to make a decision. I have suffered from pigmentation for many years now and have tried a lot of different treatments, but none have given satisfactory results until now… I’m only halfway through the treatment and my pigmentation Has almost disappeared and it’s given me a newfound confidence. I’ve also tried EMS Which is brilliant and can’t wait to try some of the other procedures on offer. Viviene is extremely knowledgeable and keep’s up-to-date with all the new treatments on the market. She comes from a nursing background and office a safe professional working environment. On top of all that she is a Really lovely person who always has her clients best interest at heart. I highly recommend Aesthetic Klinik 😀
