I have had a consistently good experience at this clinic. Firstly I want to say the front of house administration team are the best I have come across in any establishment. All members of staff I have come across have been friendly, professional, efficient and pleasant. I really think this is one of the most important aspects when going somewhere new for a consultation/treatment, as your first interaction sets the tone for your visit and can be the deciding factor in whether you feel comfortable returning. As for the practitioners, again 5 stars easily - really friendly, thorough explanation of treatments and expectations are realistic. Fees are also very reasonable and clearly stated at time of consultation. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of coming here! ❤️

I had an outstanding experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the reception team was friendly, professional, and made me feel immediately at ease. Dr. Maria Gonzales is truly exceptional. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and offered thoughtful, expert advice. Her calm and caring manner really stood out, and I felt completely confident in her hands. Elizabeth was also fantastic—kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was always ready to help with any questions. It’s rare to find a clinic where every member of the team—from reception to specialists—works together with such professionalism and genuine care. I left feeling informed, reassured, and very well looked after. Highly recommended to anyone looking for expert skin care in a welcoming and professional environment!

I was quite anxious attending my first consultation but was pleasantly surprised how relaxed the clinic was ,not feeling as if I was going into a medical clinic. The ladies on reception were so lovely and chatty so that put me at ease immediately. Then I met Cory the lady who was to treat me. I feel I have made a new friend in her she’s so so lovely and absolutely amazing at her job. My treatment is finished now and I’m rather sad I don’t need to go back again! Thank you so much Specialist Skin Clinic you have all been amazing X
