I am having a tattoo removed from my ankle, which is not an easy process but Lillian has been so patient and accommodating with me, taking regular breaks and always checking in with me concerning pain. She's a fantastic laser technician and has excellent advise for good preparation and aftercare. She's always in communication if I have any questions. I am four sessions in and the progress is coming along well. I will definitely be coming back to finish my laser sessions here :)

I had my hair done by Lillian today and what a transformation! I had a lot of regrowth from my roots so there was a-lot of hair to cover but Lilian covered it all and the blend is some of the best work I’ve ever had! My roots are completely covered even when I have my hair up and there are no tiger strips or blocks of bleach patches in my hair at all! Lillian was so friendly and welcoming and her salon is very warm and inviting so the whole experience felt very comfortable. Lillian paid such attention to detail with my hair, making sure that the hair lifted to the exact colour I wanted and made sure that everything was neat and tidy at the end as well as protecting the pre existing bleached hair on my ends! I am very happy with the results and I definitely recommend anyone looking to have a January glow up to check out Skai Aesthetics as Lillian offers so many amazing other treatments and such great value for money!!
