Today we visited your Southampton store after a hospital appointment ( we live on the Isle of Wight ) my little girl had been upset and wanted to look on your store, drawn to anything glittery, and the lovely smell drifting down west quay. A wonderful worker named Chizu made her day, she was absolutely, beyond words, amazing with her. She showed her round all the bath bombs, and helped her narrow down which one she wanted, even putting the options onto a little wooden platter to help. She let her try a bath bomb in one of your water stations, and when I went to pay, she said she would watch her and continued to show her different things and explain how things worked or what they looked or smelt like. This experience for a 6 year old, is above and beyond, she now has told me she wants to have lots of lush stuff for Christmas and has told me which products / items she would like. She has told family about it, and wants to tell everyone at school tomorrow. Chizu you are an asset to Lush, thank you so much

I visited the store last weekend with my 5 year old son, who is autistic and non verbal. He was wearing his sunflower lanyard, which the staff picked up on immediately, and they were so attentive and kind. The staff offered for him to choose a bath bomb so he could watch it fizz in the sink (I’d explained that he is very sensory seeking and loves smells, noises etc). Unfortunately he started to become quite dysregulated, so we had to leave but it was really heartwarming to see how attentive they were to his needs. I must confess I’m not a routine customer of Lush but seeing how inclusive and kind the staff were, I certainly will be from now on! Thank you for giving my son the care and attention he needs and deserves, it was truly so lovely to see 🖤

Amazing service i received yesterday from juanita, i was shown how to use super milk leave in conditioner. Juanita had amazing product knowledge. I felt very welcomed by her and how kind she was. Will definitely be coming back such an amazing level on customer service 💕
