Having anything done to my face/skin is really challenging for me due to my past experiences and my very reactive/sensitive/rosacea affected skin. I felt so reassured in Jess’ hands. We had loads of conversations on the phone and in person to make sure I was comfortable all of the steps. The (anti-wrinkle) procedure was quick and virtually pain free and I am so happy with the results! Jess’ knowledge and experience are second to none. Am coming back for more!

I had my first treatment, microneedling with Jess, and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease — she’s so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jess explained everything clearly and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. The results have been amazing — my skin feels fresher, more hydrated, and I’ve had so many compliments already! I've since been back for two more treatments - a skin booster called Hydro Deluxe and also a skin peel. Can’t wait to come back for my next treatment. Thank you, Jess! 💖

Where to start 😄 Jess is professional, friendly, guiding and takes her role in aesthetics very seriously. Jess will only treat her patients once we understand all the facts and are completely happy with everything we have been advised. I've had my Botox with Jess twice. I also decided after talking thoroughly with Jess that I would like to try cheek fillers. Because of things I've seen and heard, I was a little apprehensive as I was only looking for an enhancement rather than an obvious looking treatment. Jess talked me through everything and put me at ease. Jess likes to go slow and steady to see the results, it's comforting to know that she would prefer to take it appointment my appointment rather than over filling to see the results. My fillers look so natural and I feel fantastic 😍 if done by the right practitioner, they should only enhance what you already have, without it being too obvious and fake looking. Jess has a lovely calming and professional way with her work, as this really is her passion. I would never choose to go to anyone else again.
