I went to see Dr Anil seeking TXA injections (which are difficult to find) for stubborn hyperpigmentation, and treatment for very enlarged scar-like pores. Concerning the hyperpigmentation, Dr Anil was upfront from the start about its variable success rate, and after several sessions with no improvement, I asked whether it was worth continuing. He advised against it, explaining that if it hadn't worked by then, it wasn't going to. He suggested Picosure as the next best option, offering it as guidance, not a sales pitch. His honesty saved me time and money, and demonstrated real integrity in a field where it's easy to prioritise business over ethics. His commitment to doing what was right for me was profoundly appreciated. While the TXA wasn't the solution for me, his treatment for my enlarged pores with TCA cross has been transformative. The scars have lifted and smoothed out to the level of my surrounding skin, which has made a real impact on my confidence. The clinic itself is professional, clean, and appointments are easy to arrange. The front desk/receptionist was consistently accommodating and kind. Even though the clinic isn't close to me, I would travel the distance for the quality of care and professionalism I received.
