We were referred to Clarendon Dental Spa with our 4 year old who needed to have a tooth removed. We were told this would need to be done under general anaesthetic due to his age. Lucy Williams (dentist) was amazing from beginning of treatment to end. She diagnosed him with a condition which means his enamel doesn’t harden, which was something our usual dentist hadn’t done. She talked us through the options and the best options to protect our child’s teeth while delivering the treatment he needed. This was all significantly quicker than the usual NHS waiting time which we were told by our original dentist would be 2 years. She treated our son with kindness and calmed his nerves. She listened to our worries and was respectful towards us too. She managed to remove one tooth from a nervous 4 year old who later said it didn’t hurt at all. She kept him calm and relaxed and I believe she absolutely had his best interest at heart from beginning to end. She always had stickers available for him and she even had a tooth fairy certificate for him when he had his tooth removed, which really encouraged him all the way through. I am honestly so pleased with how it went and would absolutely recommended Lucy to anyone. Additionally all of the nursing staff, reception staff and hygienist (Mariam) were lovely with us and our child. Thank you for a much smoother journey that I thought we were going to have.

Thank you so very much! I am delighted with both the veneers and the service I received at Clarendon Dental Spa. I had no idea dental technology has advanced so much! The whole experience was streamlined and based around my needs, which was so appreciated. The temporary veneers I received were first class, a vast improvement with what I came with. The permanent veneers required a few tiny tweeks but the result is perfect. What is more, for the first time in decades I will feel safe biting into a sandwich with my front teeth as the workmanship is so good. So once again a very big thank you, and all the very best to my dentist and the staff at this clinic.

My daughter came here for a tooth extraction and I was highly delighted with the level of care given to her by both the paediatric dentist and nurse. They really put her at ease and made the whole process as comfortable as possible. Thank you for the excellent treatment. What could be a very painful procedure was practically pain free. Highly recommend
