An excellent clinic and skilled, professional team in my view. Ellie is a wonderful therapist, she ensures all treatments are appropriate and tailored to your needs. She is both kind and experienced, and ensures your comfort. She leaves you glowing and enhanced. Amanda is the consummate professional, never oversells, she is observant to your individual needs. Kind and so welcoming. A lovely experience with fabulous results in my opinion. I would highly recommend.

I have been having treatments at Beauty Within Cowbridge for 10 years and whilst it has always been outstanding service and expertise, it has ramped up to a new level now. The Aesthetician, Eli, is thee most remarkable practitioner - knowledgeable, professional with an incredible touch and energy. I had a the PEPTIDE HYDRA FACIAL and WOW what a remarkable difference to my skin. I also can highly recommend the CRISTAL PRO FAT FREEZING treatment and I had instant results which are still improving some 2 weeks later. I really can’t recommend Eli and Beauty Within enough. On another note, every time you enter, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming, smile from the owner, Amanda. Thanks, after 10 years I keep coming back time after time. Very happy with the results of my softwave treatment I had at Beauty Within Medi Spa in March 2025 ! I attended a consultation where Amanda explained everything in detail and also answered all my questions. On the day of my treatment I was invited to relax in their lovely zen relaxation room. The soft wave its self was not painful. Maybe uncomfortable in places - however well worth it! I would highly recommend having Softwave. I didn’t want to turn back the age clock ! I’m more than happy to have fine lines and wrinkles. I’m 56 ! I just wanted to give my skin a big boost and it’s certainly done that. I feel the elasticity in my skin has improved. Even after 5 months I think I’m still seeing results. The after care is wonderful also! I’m due back in for a review and can’t wait !
